Requires a permit for the possession of bobcats and mountain lions. Also has import
permit for bobcat and cougar. All other felines are exempt from permit requirements.
Issues both non-commercial licenses ($5.00 per year) and commercial licenses
($100 per year.) Has caging requirements. Allows for the option of open-topped
enclosures. Cougars must have perimeter fences 8 feet tall and have Y-recurve on
top of at least 12 inches wide. Gates must be self-closing and have two locking
devices. Native felines must be permanently marked or ear-tagged.
